Eligibility Criteria

Must have passed the
NCLEX

Must have passed an English language competency exam

Minimum two-year recent nursing experience

Willling to make a 3-year contract commitment

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse / RN will be expected to:

  • Provide residents of the facility with optimal care.
  • Organise and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Administer medication and treatment to residents.
  • Provide input to Unit Managers, Supervisors, or physicians regarding therapeutic value.
  • Transcribe, document, and implement physician’s orders.
  • Document in nursing notes, incident reports, care plans, and 24-hour reports.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, etc., in conjunction with the Unit Manager and/or supervisors.
  • Perform skilled nursing procedures as required.
  • Supervise staff on sanitation, infection control, and equipment working order.
  • Report discrepancies

Competitive Salary

Starts at $42/hour. Overtime pay. Performance-based
salary increases starting at 3% per year.

Green Card Sponsorship

Employer paid EB3, permanent resident sponsorship. Bring your family with you *(unmarried child must be under 21) . Premium processing I140 filing if needed.

Plane ticket for the nurse, 1-month housing and transportation allowance, $1,000 bonus, assistance in obtaining ID's, new bank account, SSN.

Preceptor Training

Preceptors guide new nurses through clinical practices, ensuring they understand procedures, protocols, and patient care standards. The goal is to enhance the new nurses' confidence, competence, and integration into RCH's healthcare team.
