Eligibility Criteria
To join the team, applicants must have passed the NCLEX and an English language competency exam, have at least two years of recent nursing experience, and be willing to commit to a three-year contract. Please see our job page for more information.Duties and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at RCH, you will provide optimal care to residents, organize and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, administer medication and treatment, and collaborate with Unit Managers, Supervisors, or physicians on therapeutic care. You will also document and implement physician’s orders and nursing notes, assist with admissions, discharges, and other necessary procedures, and ensure staff adherence to sanitation, infection control, and equipment standards.Program Benefits
Our program offers extensive credentialing support, including assistance with license endorsement, CGFNS, and visa screens. RCH offers a competitive salary starting at $42/hour, with overtime pay and performance-based salary increases. Enjoy paid time offs, including eight paid holidays, ten vacation days, five sick days, and two personal days.RCH provides EB3 Green Card sponsorship, including premium processing I-140 filing if needed, allowing you to bring your family (unmarried children must be under 21).
The relocation package includes a plane ticket, a one-month housing and transportation allowance, a $1,000 bonus, and assistance with obtaining IDs, a new bank account, and an SSN.
